Vision

Our library makerspace empowers students to become creative thinkers, collaborative problem-solvers, and responsible digital citizens. Through hands-on exploration and inquiry-based learning, students develop the skills preparing them to innovate, design, and lead in a rapidly changing world.

Mission Statement

The mission of our elementary library makerspace is to provide a safe, inclusive, and student-centered environment where learners:

• Engage in inquiry, exploration, and design thinking.

• Develop creativity, computational thinking, and innovative problem-solving skills.

• Apply digital responsibility and ethical use of technology in authentic learning experiences.

• Strengthen collaboration, communication, and critical thinking through hands-on STEM and literacy-connected activities.

• Build confidence as independent learners who take ownership of their ideas and learning process.

Our makerspace supports classroom curriculum while inspiring curiosity, creativity, and lifelong learning.
